Option 1) Percentage Option with Full Referral - 25 Percent of One Month Rent

Referral Bonus

Driven Property Management pays 25 percent of one month of rent as a referral bonus to licensed real estate agents.

Option 2) Management Only Referral - $200 Agent Bonus

How It Works

  • You refer a property owner to Driven Property Management.

  • We contact them within one business day.

After the property is leased and the first month of rent is collected, the referral payment is issued. If it’s a referral for management only agent bonus is paid after the first three months of management.

Agent Protection & Commitment

You retain the right to list the property if the owner decides to sell.

Driven Property Management does not pursue sales business from the client you referred.

A referral confirmation document is provided for your records.
